Driving the kids around in the car is when I have most of my ideas these days. I often say to my husband if he's with me 'this is going to sound really weird but please can you whatsapp this sentence to me so I don't forget it....' ! Solidarity!
All of this. Especially the bit about I wouldn’t be writing if it weren’t for the kids who make the time to write so hard to come by. I had a few years of working from home before I became a mum. All the time in the world. But it became a productivity, marketing wasteland. My creativity was all dried up and even when I tried I couldn’t write anything. Now I write this as I hear my toddler getting into something he shouldn’t. I’d better see what it is... 😂

Ahhh yes I love that! What a fabulous assistant! I often have lines as I’m breast feeding through the night too and think I’ll remember but don’t! 😆
Update: He was pulling out the diaper genie bag. Thankfully it was just changed. 😳
